and while romney eclipse ryan in a lot things, they are infat waited with struggle-down economics. the problem is trickle down doesn't work. truck l down does not work. how many times do we have to try this grand experiment. but, you say, paul ryan is all about cutting. isn't that what is significant about his budget plan. not so fast. paul ryan has always believed in trickle down. he voted for the wars in iraq and afghanistan. very expensive. he supported the auto bailout. he voted for tarp. he voted for the expansion of medicare part d, he voted for all of the things that ballooned the deficit under george bush and now he wants to blame obama for not fixing his mess fast enough. think about it, maybe the guy at the top of the ticket isn't the shrinking mitt romney, maybe it isn't even paul ryan maybe the top of the gop ticket are really just a couple of well quaffed versions of george w. bush. if you liked that movie the first time you'll love what romney and ryan have in store for us. you better really really like reruns. joining me now is a man who lives and breathes politics,
